Building the habits and practices for you and your organization to flourish in an uncertain future

2020 has tested the mettle of the most steadfast leaders among us. It takes a Herculean effort to maintain momentum when plans are consistently disrupted, funding is uncertain, demands are high, difficult decisions need to be made, and the energy of your team is stretched. 

We are inviting a small circle of charity leaders to connect and form a learning community to kick off 2021 with a fresh start. Our goal is to build the habits and practices of resilience and renewal that will help you, your people, and your organization flourish in 2021 and beyond.  

This community is right for you if…

• You are an established senior leader (Executive Director or CEO) of a charity or nonprofit organization in Canada.

• You are excited about actively engaging with a small, professionally-facilitated community of peers to renew your leadership skills and strengthen the resilience of your organization.

• You’re willing and available to commit four hours of your time per month between January and May, 2021.

Who we are

Eudaimonic by Design is a global network of consultants, facilitators and systems thinkers who share a passion for the science of well-being and believe that organizations must be designed to enable it. We harness the best of scholarly thought and years of practical experience to help people be truly engaged, act ethically and pursue excellence.

The research is clear that problem solving together is more effective than trying to muddle through it on your own. These circumstances more than ever are a compelling reason to tap into the brain trust of your peers and access the professional guidance of Andrew Soren and Jan Stanley who will facilitate this leadership circle.

Fees

A leadership development program like this with professional facilitation and coaching would typically cost thousands of dollars. However Eudaimonic by Design is offering its professional services at an accessible rate for charity leaders who are facing budget cuts and limited professional development dollars during the pandemic. 

Fees for the five-month facilitated leadership learning community are $825.00 (plus HST).
